Website was really easy to use and even though we were referred to a consultant that was also painless. Really impressed with Tobias who we spoke to, he was very helpful, friendly and professional. Would definatly use Insureandgo again.

It was easy enough. But the problem was the price. Just because your over the age of 70. It doesnt mean your ready to pack it in. I have family that live abroad. The price was a little high.

Easy to use web site displaying various options clearly. As we needed specialist medical cover in the travel insurance the initial information required was minimal and quick to complete.
What really made the process perfect was a follow up call from Elliott who discussed all options in detail and sent through two options for us to consider overnight. He then rang us the following day to confirm we had all required information and arranged payment.
Definitely recommend this Company for travel insurance if applicants have medical conditions.

The representative I spoke with (Dominic) was clear, spoke not too quickly and patient. The call was answered very quickly and my questions, prompted from the information I had on screen from the website were answered readily.

InsureandGo quite happily took a £2,500+ travel insurance premium from my grandmother, however, when she fell ill and sadly passed away in Panama a few weeks ago they provided zero support or assistance - and still to this day! As you can imagine the hospital and repatriation costs have been significant with the family having to foot the bill, meanwhile insureandGo have just stalled throughout the process with terrible customer service. This experience has only added undue stress for the family when grieving the lost of our grandmother/mother/wife.

It would be more beneficial if customers were contacted by phone as well, as not a lot of people have access to the Internet. I unfortunately have been away with work, and wanted to update my insurance as I no longer need cover for cruises.

Excellent service, polite and profession. I spoke to a young man called Brett, he explained all the types of cover on the policy and different excesses. The questions that I had were answered without any hesitation, confirming to me that he knew what he was talking about. He also helped me save money on the payment made. Would recommend to anyone, as this is always my ‘Go to’ company for travel insurance.

I was dealt with politely and efficiently and left with no cause for concern after the call.
However whether this was great is relative and pales into insignificance when compared to listening to Verdi's Requiem, Beethoven's symphanies or watching Everton beat Arsenal 1-0

I needed extra cover for travel insurance for an extended trip. InsureandGo were very efficient and sympathetic .The agent I spoke with, George was very clear and helpful. The price quoted was very competitive and the whole experience was first class.

Buying holiday insurance is an expensive purchase and this was our third quote. Curtis was very friendly and polite and answered all our questions clearly and concisely. He was able to give us a quote that was much fairer than the other companies we had contacted. We will use Insure and Go again.

This was by far the best price for an annual travel policy. They only want 2 years medical history, which is much more sensible than most other quotes that wanted to know everything you’ve ever had!
The agent called me very quickly after my online quote, so very proactive. Great service. I cannot comment on the claims efficiency as I have never claimed anything

Easy to discuss the policy before deciding to accept the quote HOWEVER I was not told that the insurance premium had not been included so was surprised to see the amount that had been charged.

I spoke to a lovely lady called kelly gladi, l only wanted insurance for Europe and the UK, she did it all for me without me having the hassle of going on line which I'm not confident on doing, so she renewed my insurance for another year with yourselves

Having taken out travel insurance I needed to alter medical statement so policy was not invalid I tried on line but was advised to ring given number. I have rung the number for the last 5 days!!!! Spending at least 15 mins each time holding on ringing at various times through the day I just dread to think what would happen if I had a claim very very poor at dealing with customers either make you're site accessible to all queries orplease please answer the phone.
